Water Mammal Games & Videos

Did you know that mammals can live in the water? Well they can and some types of water mammals are dolphins, manatees and platypus. Water mammals still need to breathe air, but they live their lives in the water and can usually spend great amounts of time underwater while holding their breath. Often you will see dolphins and manatees coming up to the surface of the water for air.

Water mammals are often studied in a science curriculum as well as many other mammals. The curriculum often consists of science vocabulary words that relate to water mammals.
